Project on supply of use of a waste heat from gas air heater. Project scope involve design and supply of steel construction along with flue-gas heat exchanger, water collectors and distributors for the top floor and two of smaller heat exchangers for fresh air pre-heating along with another heater called "Sahara" at the bottom floor. All including measurement and control system.
The heat exchanger was put on the steel structure through the upper floor window frame by crane, along with ventilator and water collectors and distributors. Furthemore, the two smaller heat exchangers and "Sahara" heaters were installed on the lower floor. Piping connection and measurement and regulation was performed in the last step.
Whole installation was carried out in a facility with strict food processing regulations.
